Shams’ commercial leasing practice includes master leases, sale-leasebacks, ground leases, build-to-suite leases, and telecommunications leasing. He also represents both national landlords and tenants in complex lease disputes involving rent, CAM charges, tenant improvement, and other commercial lease obligations, resolving most leasing issues without having to go to court.
